What is a serviced apartment?
A serviced apartment is a type of furnished, self-contained apartment, let or rented out on a nightly basis in generally the same way as a hotel room.

Is there a minimum booking period?
Due to the cost of servicing an apartment we may require a minimum 2 night stay

Are we required to bring our own bed linen and towels?

Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided in all of our apartments. Please note that no cot bedding is provided.

Do you provide cots and highchairs?
Cots and highchairs can be provided. Please state upon booking if you require a cot or highchair. Please note that no cot bedding is provided.

Is car parking provided?
For our High Street apartments free overnight car parking
is currently provided at the Eastgate Falcon Car Park - exit ticket and access / exit instructions provided from reception. Late arrivals will be provided with car parking information in advance of arrival.

Our Hedgefield apartments offer parking bays beside the front door entrance.

Are any of the apartments suitable for the disabled?

Our High Street apartments do not have a lift and access to the apartments is by stairs only. Our Hedgefield apartments have parking opposite the entrance door, ground floor and lift access and a walk-in shower off the main bedroom.

Is smoking allowed in the apartments?
Our apartments are located in buildings that operate non-smoking policies. Penalty charges will apply if guests smoke in these properties.
